Managed the largest recruitment programme in Southern Africa on behalf of the Ashinaga Foundation headhunting orphans in Southern Africa to be awarded the Ashinaga International Scholarship to study abroad and helped 12 oprhans in SADC to get scholarships to study abroad.

Implemented the most successful Work Readiness Programme with Networx for Career Development helping 25 young people in South Africa to gain access into the world of work.

Implemented the 2023 National Heritage Council Ubuntu Initiative to make the Ubuntu Handover at Ntsu Secondary School to donate necessities such as food parcels, sanitary pads and school uniforms to identified children at Ntsu Secondary School.

Received support from the National Youth Development Agency in 2022 to implement the Township Economic Development Project.

Got into a partnership with the National Lotteries Commission over a 12 months period.
